Annular Pariapt of Debridement, Amelioration, and Lust

Ring, legendary (requires attunement)

This ring is inset with magical runes and features a small gem atop a beautiful… flower.

Features

While attuned, the wearer of this ring gains the following benefits

Debridement

  • You are immune to contracting any disease while you wear this ring. If you are already infected with a disease, the effects of the disease are suppressed while you wear the ring.

Ameloriation

  • While you wear this item, you stabilize whenever you are dying at the start of your turn.
  • While stabilized, you still make death saves. You get 3 tries to roll a success. Any success heals you for 1 hp. This effect can be used once per day, resetting at dawn.
  • In addition, whenever you roll a Hit Die or dice for a healing spell to regain hit points, double the number of hit points provided by the dice.

Pliny gets knocked down. Immediately stabilized. Pops up next round. Or the next. Or the next. Or not as normal “Won’t you just fucking die?!?!?”

Lust

  • Heart. This object pulsates at regular intervals like a beating heart. The rate of beating increases when its bearer successfully charms a creature or if they become charmed or frightened.
  • Seduction. As an action, speak the command word (“Sengvenn”) and choose one creature that you can see within 5 feet of you. If the target can see or hear you, it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your Charisma-based spell save DC or be charmed by you.
    • On a failure, the target believes they are in love with you and cannot attack you. While this effect lasts, if the target is still within 5 feet of you when you are targeted by a melee or a ranged attack, the target interposes itself (as a reaction) and becomes the target of the attack instead. If the target takes damage from any source, the effect of this power ends.
    • On a success, the target is aware of your deception and can make an immediate opportunity attack against you. This effect can be used only once and resets at dawn.
  • On subsequent turns, you can use your action to maintain this effect, extending its duration until the end of your next turn. However, the effect ends if you move more than 5 feet away from the creature, if the creature can neither see nor hear you, or if the creature takes damage.

Of the Phoenix

  • When you drop to 0 hp but aren’t killed outright, you can choose to regain 10 hit points and deal 10 fire damage to all creatures in a 10 foot radius of yourself. The item then permanently loses this property.
